A series of international meetings in honor of Ya. B. Zeldovich
International Center for Relativistic Astrophysics Network (ICRANet) organizes the Sixth Zeldovich meeting, an international conference in honor of Ya. B. Zeldovich, which will be held in Pescara, Italy, on July 6-10, 2026. This conference will follow a series of very successful international conferences in honor of Ya. B. Zeldovich, respectively held in Minsk in 2009, 2014, 2018, 2020 (online) and in Yerevan in 2023.
Exceptionally wide research interests of Ya. B. Zeldovich, ranging from chemical physics, elementary particle and nuclear physics to astrophysics and cosmology, provide the topics to be covered during the conference:
• multimessenger astrophysics;
• early universe, large scale structure, cosmic microwave background;
• neutron stars, black holes, gamma-ray bursts, supernovae, hypernovae;
• gravitational waves;
• quantum and gravity.
Additionally, new topics emerging from space observatories, including JWST and Euclid, such as Little Red Dots, supermassive black holes, Population III stars, Hubble tension, will be discussed at this meeting.
The early bird registration fee is 300 euro (100 euro for students). The late registration fee will be 400 euro (150 euro for students). It will cover conference kit, coffee breaks, and publication of the conference papers.

In case you cannot pay the registration fee or book your hotel with a credit card or bank transfer prior to the meeting, please inform us by writing to zeld6@icranet.org. You will be able to pay the registration fee in cash at the registration desk upon arrival. The payment should be made in Euro. If you need a hotel reservation, please let us know as well. However, keep in mind that you will need to pay for your hotel room upon arrival.
The registration fee paid by participants is used to cover the conference costs, conference materials, and publication of the proceedings. Since we do not have external funds for this meeting, it is essential that registration fees are paid in full. We thank you for your understanding.
