Transportation

Pescara can be reached by plane, train, highways or sea. Most intercontinental and international flights to Italy arrive to Fiumicino airport in Rome or to Malpensa airport in Milan. Pescara can be also reached from some European destinations directly. Train connections, also with Europe, are managed by Italian state railroad Trenitalia. Most cities in Italy and some in Europe are connected with Pescara by bus routes.
